Acceptable use

To keep Storefronts safe for shoppers and fair for sellers, shops may not be used to sell, offer or promote:
- Anything illegal where the merchant or shopper is located
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or parts for them
- Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia; prescription medicines without the required licences
- Tobacco, vaping products or alcohol where not permitted, or to minors
- Counterfeit, replica or stolen goods, or items that infringe someone else's trademark or copyright
- Adult sexual content or services
- Gambling, lotteries, or "get rich quick" and multi-level marketing schemes
- Financial products, crypto-assets or investment schemes
- Live animals or wildlife products protected by law
- Hateful, violent or harassing content, or content that exploits children
Also not allowed
- Taking payment for goods you don't intend to deliver, or misleading shoppers about products, prices or delivery
- Using shoppers' contact details for anything other than their orders (no spam)
- Impersonating another business or brand
- Attempting to break, overload or misuse the service, or accessing other shops' data
What happens if a shop breaks these rules
We may remove content, suspend the shop, or close the account, depending on how serious the issue is. Where it's safe and lawful, we'll explain why and let you respond.
Reporting a shop
If you see a shop breaking these rules, send us the shop's link. Shop owners can reach us from Help & support in their dashboard; anyone else can use our Contact page.
