Questions sellers ask us

Do my customers need to download an app or sign up?

No. Your store is a normal web link. Customers open it, browse and order, and the order is sent from their own WhatsApp. They can create an account if they like, but never have to.

Can customers keep my shop on their phone like an app?

Yes. From your shop they can tap “Add to home screen” and get your logo on their phone. It opens full screen like an app, with no app store and nothing to update.

Can I send offers to my customers?

Yes. Shoppers who allow notifications get their order updates automatically, and you can send a sale or new-arrival announcement from your dashboard, up to 3 a day so nobody feels spammed.

Do I need a payment gateway or GST registration to start?

No payment gateway is needed. Customers pay you directly by UPI or bank transfer, and you confirm the payment from the screenshot they send. Tax registration depends on your business, so check what applies to you.

Do you take a commission on my sales?

No. Money never passes through us: customers pay you directly, so there is nothing for us to take a cut from.

Which WhatsApp number do orders go to?

Whichever number you choose. It works with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business, and doesn’t need the WhatsApp Business API.

Can I make the store look like my brand?
